If you’re new to Reiki, your first session will be at a discount for $25.  The sessions are usually an hour for $75. You’ll start face-down on a massage table for half the session. Then you’ll switch to face-up, with a silk scarf covering your eyes. My hands are usually lightly placed on you, but you can opt for no touching if you prefer. There are optional pillows for your legs. Instrumental music (or your choice) will be playing in the background. You can choose to talk, or not talk – it doesn’t alter the effectiveness of the healing. The only thing I expect from you is that you are comfortable.
